The Karin Intruder is a 4-door sports-oriented sedan in GTA: San Andreas, GTA IV and GTA V. It is a mid-sized 4-door sedan. In the GTA V, the Intruder bears the Karin brand name.
In GTA 5, the Karin Intruder is given a much more sportier higher class design, although the overall performance of the vehicle remains the same. The Karin Intruder resembles the Infiniti Q45 but the rear seems based off a Infiniti I30. It also has a few design elements from a Toyota Mark II (X110). The rear lights could also be based off of an E100 Toyota Corolla or Opel Senator A2. Also, the Karin Intruder doesn’t have any reversing lights. This also applies for the Albany Alpha, the Benefactor Surano and the Grotti Turismo R. in GTA 5, The Intruder directly competes with Ubermacht Oracle and Bravado Buffalo, as these cars are sports-oriented mid-size sedans.
In GTA 5, the Karin Intruder is powered by a 4.3L V8 Engine and a 5-speed manual gearbox in a rear wheel drive configuration. Despite the rather sizeable engine, the Karin Intruder is by no means a performance car, it takes 6.2 seconds to reach 60mph in and has a top speed of about 187 mph (301 km/h) in GTA 5.
In terms of cornering, the Karin Intruder performs rather well. There is a slight hint of oversteer at lower speeds, which is perfectly controllable and useful when driving through streets. The suspension is rather firm, which aids its cornering ability but can make the car bounce excessively on rough ground. Braking is average, and ABS is standard on all models. The Karin Intruder copes well in the event of a high-speed crash, but is not quite as strong as its size would perhaps suggest. Overall, it’s fair to say the Karin Intruder is best at cruising along at lower speeds, it’s not a sports car, neither is it a luxury car.

The Intruder is a mid-sized 4-door sedan in Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV and Grand Theft Auto V. In the HD Universe, the Intruder bears the Karin brandname.
In GTA San Andreas, the Intruder's design resembles a 1986–1991 Mercury Sable or 1990-1994 Holden VQ Caprice with a boxier design. The boxier design could make it arguable closer in resemblance to a early 1990s Subaru Legacy but the colored A-pillars and rear wheel arches are more like the Sable.
In GTA IV, the Intruder, manufactured by Karin, is given a much more sportier higher class design, although the overall performance of the vehicle remains the same. The Intruder resembles the 2002-2006 Infiniti Q45 but the rear seems based off a 1996 or 1997 Infiniti I30.
In GTA San Andreas, the car's acceleration and speed are highly lacking, despite the intimidating growl of its engine (likely at least a V6, judging by the size of the engine compartment). Being rear-drive helps, but the dismal torque is barely enough to climb a steep hill. Handling and braking are surprisingly agile, and seem wasted on the weak engine.
In GTA IV, Intruder returns to the scene with a 4.3L V8, coupled to a 5 speed gearbox in a RWD configuration. Acceleration is below average (0-100 km - 10.7 seconds) for a large four-door sedan, its top speed is quite low, on-par with the EmperorLokus (140 km/h, 87 mph). Handling is very good, as the Intruder has just enough oversteer to power through the bends, while not skidding off the road. The suspension is rather firm, which aides it's cornering ability. Braking is average, and ABS is standard on all models. Crash deformation is acceptable, though not great; and the engine build quality is about the same, it can survive a few impacts before failing/catching fire. Overall, the GTA IV Intruder is best suited for city cruising, not highway chases.
In GTA IV, there is a special variant model of the Intruder driven by the Triads. Badged as the Intruder VX, changes include a special candy red paint job, a bodykit with side skirts and a chin spoiler, as well as a yellow Chinese knotting attached to the rear mirror that denotes the car's association with the Triads. The visual modifications of this variant are based on the Junction Produce Infiniti Q45 bodykit.
Similar, in GTA IV, a uniquely dark blue Intruder may be obtainable when it is requested by Stevie. Parked in Rotterdam Hill, at Asparagus Avenue, near the Liberty City Transport Authority building, the car constantly respawns in the same spot until it is delivered to S&M Auto Sales, so the car may be taken and stored at a safehouse before another is sent to S&M Auto Sales.
