Amazing place for fellow campers. They have an array of areas for people to set camp. There is a section for tents and a section for RVs and other camping vehicles... 10/15/2021

Wonderful Surprise place to Stay!! Stayed in a cabin and it was so quiet, relaxing and beautiful at sunset! Highly recommended this stop, the staff was friendly and helpful! 9/30/2021

Very nice campground. Will definitely stay there again. Lots of things to do 10/17/2021

Stayed twice during this road trip. Also stayed on 10/15. One of the best KOA sites my wife and I have enjoyed. Clean and well-stocked store! 10/17/2021

We like the campground. The camp hosts are friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was that the sewer connection in site 33 was so far forward that we had to use all our sewer hoses to dump the bathroom tanks... 10/16/2021

It’s an oasis in the desert. We only stayed one night but were pleasantly surprised. Wifi, other utilities worked well. The woman who checked us in was very nice. Grounds pretty. Shade in the desert is lovely. 10/15/2021

Passing through on the way home. Check in was easy and the place was not too busy. A little bit out of the way but not a big deal. Pool was closed and no beer or wine for sale at the store. 10/15/2021

Very nice KOA and close enough to visit the Calico Ghost Town! 10/15/2021

Very nice Campground clean well-kept and sand in the dog Pawrk instead of rock area enjoyable 10/15/2021

We were just overnight but would definitely go there again. People and park were very nice. 10/15/2021

Very good location, easy to access. Great WiFi connection. The RV site was flat and easy to hookup! 10/15/2021

Perfect for an overnight stay. Very friendly staff, well-stocked camp store that was clean and tidy, and very clean restrooms. We had a pull-through site that was plenty long and fairly level. Campground was well-maintained. We’d definitely stop here again. 10/14/2021

Adequate facility. Cranky dismissive staff. No propane. Disappointed. 10/14/2021

We really enjoyed it. Very clean facility. 10/13/2021

We just stayed overnight, the staff were great, several amenities. Our site did have some shade, it looked like several sites had shade. A large dog area. 10/13/2021

Very nice park. 10/13/2021

We had the best time at KOA Campground. The only thing that might have mad it better would have been to try the swimming pool. But it was too cold. We will be back next year, 10/12/2021

Absolutely love this KOA! 10/16/2021

One of the nicest KOAs I have stayed in. Had a pull through so it was easy to get in and out. Grounds were clean. Did not rate it a five as the last night they removed the fire pit and the box they had it standing on to raise it off the ground... 10/16/2021

Could have been more relaxing without the near constant sound of leaf blowers and sweepers. Lots of the work could have been done with a broom. Lots of small pieces of trash from Halloween candy, EVERYWHERE. Friendly staff and beautiful pool. 10/16/2021

Great friendly staff. Very nice facility. Cable and Wifi not working. 10/15/2021

Friendly staff, Park is clean and well maintained. Great for families with children. 10/15/2021

Very nice KOA to stay. 10/15/2021

We came to San Diego to visit our grandsons. Several days before we were scheduled to pull out, our oldest grandson was killed in a car accident. We needed to stay over 2 weeks longer than planned. Bianca and Paola could not have been more wonderful... 10/15/2021

The Fall Festival was perfect. Helpful staff, great campsite, and a fun weekend with friends. This is my favorite place to camp. 10/14/2021

Always fun atmosphere, well kept landscape and facilities. It is amazing how well kept the park is considering the volume of campers. 10/14/2021

Had a great relaxing weekend in a nice cabin. Cabin was clean and ready when we checked in. Great service 10/14/2021

The site we stayed in was paved with asphalt with tree roots pushing through. My my wife, kids and myself all tripped and fell multiple times over them. Staff was friendly 10/13/2021

wonderful as always. I wish that someone would answer the front desk phone when we call. too many times there is no answer. Last year there would be an answer every time someone calls. 10/12/2021

We usually stay at your KOA 4 or more times a year. It's clean, usually quiet at night. Loads of stuff for kids and adults to do. 10/17/2021

We always enjoy our stay at KOA SC/Monterey. Clean facilities with new upgrades around the park. Great items in store but over priced. 10/17/2021

Had a deluxe cabin ( handicapped ) great time definitely would stay again ! 10/16/2021

Very well maintained campground with multiple venues for children located a comfortable distance from individual campsites; staff very helpful; well stocked general store. Would stay again 10/16/2021

First time there and will go back, We have two dogs and stayed in the site with your own dog park, and the other two dog parks and the cleaning station was a plus. The new pool and spa where great! 10/15/2021

Our third stay at this KOA and we will be back. I would recommend that you take less than five minutes and sweep away all the spider webs on the cabin porch so that it is more welcoming. 10/15/2021

We had a wonderful time! There is so much for the kids to do. The campground is clean too. We love this place! 10/15/2021

Very nice, I like how the fire pit was cleaned out when we arrived. Usually you see left over ash at other campgrounds. 10/14/2021

Friendly staff, very clean campground, excellent service, nice sites 10/13/2021

As always we had the best time during our stay. You have the most amazing staff (especially the girls who work the desk at the store) however, we are very disappointed to hear when we return next October it will not be a Halloween celebration like is has in the past... 10/11/2021

Great KOA personal very nice, and helpful. Park is clean and well maintained. 9/23/2021

Our favorite RV park. Surrounded by mountains, and trees. There's a river, a great pool, wonderful staff and TONS of things for a family to do. No concrete pads - just open space... 9/18/2021

- Dennis Cooper on Google

Such a fabulous place to stay! My kids had a blast at the blob, the pool and the epic Halloween weekend. We booked our next stay before we left! 10/16/2021

Quiet campground easy to get to. A county road runs through middle of campground which had construction vehicle activity during the day. Featured kids activities are only open on weekends. 10/16/2021

need more goodies in your store , great stay, you have made great progress since the fire, keep up the good work. We had a great time and look forward to our next stay. 10/15/2021

Everything was wonderful. We always enjoy all the Halloween activities. Very safe environment. 10/12/2021

Was very nice- staff helpful. Will definitely be back 10/12/2021

Great campground - with lots of activities for kids/families. It could however, use a better K-9 park. 10/12/2021

I was in CP4, we had NO HOT water for the entire stay, Aunts were always in the kitchen area and both bath rooms...my grand children had a wonderful time except for the fact that the Hayride was a joke and nothing really happened... 10/11/2021

Great as usual. Don't like the fee to pick a specific spot. As a long time client there should be some relief from this. 10/11/2021

Nice clean place 10/11/2021

Beautiful location, difficult to get to with warnings of theft posted nearby that made us a bit uneasy. Fun activities, unfortunately most closed. Amazing staff. Peacocks will eat right out of your hand! 10/10/2021

Campground was very well kept. Lots of interesting things on the grounds as well as great views and nature trails. 10/9/2021

Stayed twice. Nice campgrounds and view of the dunes. Sites are clean and enough room for the outdoor living space and parking. I really don’t like the mobile home park feel with so many permanent sites... 10/9/2021

We had a wonderful time staying in the teepee! The kids enjoyed the giant inflated jumper and walking around on the nature trail. All in all, it was a great vacation! I did see a few spots for improvement: there was trash along the creek when we walked the nature trail... 10/8/2021

we loved planning on going again beautiful place lots of things to do 10/7/2021

Amazing views and super quiet site. Beautiful here and the facilities are in good repair. Wish there was a dishwashing station i stead of using the RV dump station but the views make up for it all. Level site and friendly staff. 10/7/2021

Awesome campground. Sites are level, workcampers are awesome. Owners are great. Cooper is a beautiful dog. Bathrooms and Laundry are always clean and the views are awesome. Great photos spot. Awesome to see the cliff at night all lit up!!!!! Best campground I have stayed at 10/17/2021

We had a great stay at the Coleville Walker KOA. Tim and Scott are very accommodating and great hosts. This KOA is centrally located to visit Lake Tahoe, Virginia City, Yosemite and Mono Lake. Would highly recommend a stay here whenever you are in the area. 10/15/2021

We travel a lot and stay at KOA’s frequently. Have driven by this one several times and haven’t stopped, our loss. We got stuck in a early snow storm and this KOA was able to accommodate us. The owners and camp hosts were top notch. Veteran and dog friendly, we will be back. 10/15/2021

We were on a trip with a goal of closing our cabin in the Caldor fire area of South Lake Tahoe. We had left the cabin quickly and had not properly closed. For several weeks we have been anxious to get back there to close it, but they’ve had it closed... 10/14/2021

We always enjoy staying at the Coleville/Walker KOA! Tim, Scott and their staff go above an beyond! 10/12/2021

The campground was very nice and clean, but for those in a tent the location is too close to the highway. The sounds of big trucks all night do not allow for much sleep. If I had a RV I would definitely come back. 10/11/2021

Beautiful, well kept park. Spotlessly clean everything. Sites are graded after use, level. Will be back next year for sure. This is second visit this year. 10/11/2021

We had a great time. The staff was very attentive to the campground and us as guests. Very clean. Will certainly return again. 10/11/2021

This is a great park and we were happy to return for our second stay. It is well maintained with great amenities (clean restrooms, great wifi and cable and we'll stocked store). Look forward to staying here again. 10/10/2021

Outstanding gorgeous campground! Staff were so nice and very helpful. So enjoyed our stay and hope to return next season. 10/9/2021

Very attentive and friendly 10/9/2021

Easy location right off Hwy 395. We had a pull through site for our 41 foot 5th wheel. Full hookups including cable. We walked around the park in the morning to stretch our legs. They have a nice green lawn for children to run around on including swings... 10/8/2021

Always awesome 10/8/2021

Great as always, my reason for being a repeat customer. 10/8/2021

Convenient location to a lot of cool stuff. 10/8/2021
