Tori Roloff announced that she and her husband, Zach Roloff, welcomed baby No. 2, daughter Lilah Ray Roloff, on November 19, 2019. The Little People, Big World stars have shared many updates with fans along the way as their little girl grows up.

The TLC mom made the initial announcement with some seriously precious photos of their baby girl and wrote, “Lilah Ray Roloff. Born on November 19th at 6:52 p.m. 8 pounds 9 ounces. 18 1/2 inches long.”

The addition to the Roloff family quickly got a lot of attention from its fellow members. Aunt Audrey Roloff, who welcomed her own second child in January 2019, commented under the pictures, “SHE IS PERFECT we love her so much already.” Isabel Rock, Jacob Roloff‘s wife, also wrote, “Uncle Jacob and Aunt Izzy love her so much already.”

Plus, grandpa Matt Roloff shared a photo with his newest granddaughter in November 2019 and wrote, “Lilah Ray Roloff born 11/19/19. Another absolutely precious grandbaby … [I] love her sooo much already!”

In the comments, he continued to share his happiness with fans. When one follower wrote, “Congratulations, @mattroloff, you’re a first-class grandfather all the way!” the proud patriarch gushed, “Thanks. I’m one fully blessed dude. That’s for sure.”

Lilah’s also got a grandma in Amy Roloff, who is divorced from Matt. But she and Caryn Chandler, Matt’s current girlfriend, seemingly put their differences aside to meet the baby girl on the same day.

“She’s here. Lilah Ray Roloff was born November 19th, 2019 to Zachary and Tori and big brother Jackson,” Amy captioned a photo of herself with her new granddaughter. “Woohoo! My granddaughter has my heart and is loved so much already. She’s beautiful and precious and a blessing to our family. I’m so looking forward to watching baby girl grow up, see Jackson and Lilah hang out and spending grandma time with them. Congrats Zachary and Tori. You two are amazing parents. Love you, I couldn’t be happier and more excited to be a grandma again.”

Caryn also shared a picture of herself holding Lilah on the same day and wrote, “Sugar and spice and everything nice … Welcome to the world baby girl! Newest Roloff is here and I didn’t want to let go.”

This is clearly one little gal who has a whole lot of love coming at her! Check out all the photos of baby Lilah Ray in our gallery below.

‘LPBW’ WOW! Tori Roloff Says Lilah Ray Has Aged Five Years: See Why

LPBW star Tori Roloff loves spending time with her little girl Lilah and she seems constantly surprised at her milestones. Some health concerns came along, but so far she skipped over those. Despite initially being a little bit slow with her development, she gets along fine these days. Now, Tori said that her baby girl suddenly aged five years almost overnight.

LPBW star Tori Roloff lives for girl-time with Lilah

Jackson will always remain special in the heart of the Little People, Big World mama. However, her baby girl allows her to enjoy the girly things that attract Lilah’s attention. With Jackson attending Pre-K outside of the summer break, the TLC star said that her little girl “just loves all things pretty.” Of course with the summer break, Jackson also enjoys playing with his little sister. Actually, he really seems to adore little Lilah Ray.

‘LPBW’ Lilah Bean Pics Reveal Tori Roloff Packing In Girl-Time

In the current season of LPBW, Tori Roloff revealed that Lilah might require eye surgery. If you don’t know, since she was tiny, she wore eyeglasses. Fortunately, it’s not a massive eye surgery. Apparently, it only takes a day or so. However, nobody likes their baby going under any knife, no matter how small. The Little People, Big World star said that they need to correct her strabismus. In the meantime, she wears her eyeglasses and also wears a patch for an hour every day. It will help her eye from turning inward. This weekend, the TLC star revealed that Lilah acquired some new eyeglasses.

Five years older with new eyeglasses

Taking to her Instagram stories on Saturday, LPBW star Tori Roloff revealed Lilah wearing her new eyeglasses. In the photo that she posted, Lilah wore her new rounder frames. In her caption, her mama said, “Lilah got new frames…and they aged her like five years!!” Then she added, “stop growing pretty girl.” Actually, they seem much lighter on her face than her previous pairs.

LPBW star Tori Roloff kids Liilah and jackson

Well, time rolls on and LPBW star Tori Roloff sees her daughter hit more milestones these days. Recently, she finally started walking while she pushed her little stroller in front of her. It looks like she really puts on a spurt now to catch up with her big brother Jackson. Recall, her initial development seems slow and she struggled to sit up by herself for a long time. Sometimes, kids who suffer from dwarfism develop a bit slower than average-sized babies. However, in their own time, they catch up with their peers.

What do you think of the photo that shows Lilah looking much older with her new eyeglasses? Sound off in the comments below.

Little People, Big World: All About Lilah Roloff's Medical Issues

Lilah Roloff is the daughter of Little People, Big World stars Zach & Tori. From dwarfism to her eye patch, here are the conditions Lilah lives with.

Zach and Tori Roloff from Little People, Big Worldhave a daughter, Lilah, who was born with medical complications. Several members of the Roloff family, including Matt, Amy, and Lilah's father, Zach, have achondroplasia, or dwarfism, which commonly results in shortened limbs. Lilah's health is a consistent topic in recent seasons of Little People, Big World, and we have all of the reasons why Zach and Tori are concerned for their daughter's development.

Unlike the rest of the Roloff siblings who left the show, Zach is Amy and Matt's only child to regularly appear on Little People, Big World. Additionally, Zach is the only one of his reality star parents' four children to carry on their dwarfism. On his family's TLC series, Zach has shared his journey branching out from his parents' farm and starting a family of his own. On July 25, 2015, Zach and his long-time girlfriend Tori got married. The couple had their first child, Jackson, on May 12, 2017. Like Zach, Amy, and Matt, Jackson was born with dwarfism. While raising Jackson, Zach and Tori were initially concerned for his health when he was behind on milestones like sitting up and crawling.

Related: Little People Big World: Why Zach Wants Mom Amy To Leave Roloff Farms

Fortunately, Jackson soon proved his parents' worry was in vain when he met these milestones. Jackson is currently a healthy four-year-old boy growing up with his family by the Roloff pumpkin farm. Like her brother, Lilah has distressed her parents and many Little People, Big World fans during her first years of development. Lilah joins her brother, father, and grandparents as a Roloff with dwarfism. Additionally, Lilah followed her brother's footsteps with her delayed achievement of developmental milestones. Because Jackson ultimately performed formative events like crawling, Zach and Tori expected Lilah was only a late bloomer. Regrettably, Lilah's growth has presented some obstacles Zach and Tori didn't have to face when Jackson was his sister's age. For one, Lilah was assessed as underweight by her doctor during her nine-month checkup. Since the doctor visit, Lilah learned to walk with the help of a walker.

Beyond her milestones, fans were concerned about Lilah's eye. In response to Tori's concern for her daughter's left eye, her doctor advised Lilah to visit an eye specialist. Because Lilah has been a large part of Little People, Big World's season 22, audiences are desperate for updates on her health. On Instagram, Tori has shared videos of Lilah wearing glasses and an eye patch. Tori explained the reason for these measures is Lilah's strabismus diagnosis. Strabismus is the medical term for crossed eyes, and Tori is currently treating Lilah during her formative years so it doesn't develop. While strabismus is treated by surgery in severe cases, Lilah's glasses and eye patches are nothing for fans to get worked up about.

Although Lilah is barely one and a half years old, she has already caused a great deal of anxiety for her parents and their fans. While Lilah was slow to meet her milestones and has to overcome a couple of medical conditions, she's currently making progress with the help of her family. Hopefully, Lilah will continue to relieve Zach and Tori's worries as she develops on Little People, Big World.

Tori Roloff Gives EXCITING Update On Lilah Ray’s Eye Condition

What do you do when you’re at the eye doctor, waiting for your eyes to dilate? If you’re Tori Roloff, you jump on your Instagram Stories for a quick q-and-a with your fans. Tori Roloff wasn’t the patient. Little Lilah Roloff had an eye check-up. Keep reading to find out the latest update on the tyke’s eye problems.

What’s Wrong With Lilah Roloff?

As LPBW fans know, Lilah Roloff has strabismus. In lay terms, she’s cross-eyed. It’s an issue that has the best chance of correcting on its own if caught at a young age. Lilah will turn two-years-old in November. She finally started walking on her own. Click here to see an adorable video of some of her first steps.

For the last year, she’s been sporting the cutest pair of eyeglasses. But they aren’t for her vision. As Tori has said several times, the toddler has perfect vision. The glasses are to help the strabismus resolve itself. In addition to glasses, Lilah sometimes wears an eye patch.

Visits to the eye doctor are a regular thing for Lilah Roloff. So, rather than stress out, her mom took to her Instagram Stories to interact with fans while Lilah’s eyes dilated.

Are All Little People Bald in Early Childhood?

Many of the questions were about Lilah’s eyes. However, one fan asked about Lilah’s lack of hair. They wondered if difficulty growing hair is a problem for all little people. Like Tori’s husband, Zach Roloff, Lilah and her big brother Jackson both have dwarfism.

Tori Roloff said that as far as she knows, no, childhood baldness is not a little person issue. Rather, she thinks it’s genetics. After all, she was bald for longer than typical as a child, too. Tori Roloff feels her children will grow “great hair” just a little later than other kids.

Tori Roloff Gives Update After Lilah’s Eye Appointment

After Lilah’s eye appointment was finished, Tori Roloff hopped back on her IG Stories to give her followers an update. She said that her daughter did great during the visit. Additionally, the verdict from the ophthalmologist was “all good.” Lilah did get new glasses and will continue with regular check-ups.

However, whatever Tori and Zach are doing may be working. According to Tori, the eye doctor recommended that they “keep doing” what they’ve been doing for Lilah. That includes the glasses and eye patch. If Lilah keeps improving, she won’t need the minor surgery to correct the lazy eye.

Tori Roloff also got candid about the difficult next few episodes on Little People, Big World. In the last episode, Tori and Zach delight their in-laws by telling them that Tori was pregnant. Sadly, she miscarried shortly after telling her family. The heartbreaking miscarriage will play out in the coming episodes.

Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays on TLC.

RELATED VIDEO: Tori Roloff on Mom "Guilt" and Having to Go to "Medical Appointments Alone" Without Husband Zach

Lilah — who, like her big brother Jackson, has dwarfism — had a health scare earlier this year, which was chronicled on her parents' TLC show. In an episode that aired last month, Tori and Zach, 30, revealed that Lilah had previously been diagnosed with influenza and respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) after a hydrocephalus scare.

Their baby girl tested positive for influenza and RSV, which was a relief to her mom, as she didn't have hydrocephalus. But that relief only went so far, as Zach "almost died from RSV" when he was a baby, and the couple was told by Lilah's doctor to make sure they monitor her condition.

The following week, Tori opened up about the "guilt" she was feeling for her children, "especially" her daughter. "We've had some pretty rough stuff hit our house the last two months and I struggle with having to attend doctors or medical appointments alone [amid the coronavirus pandemic]," she wrote on Instagram. "Without my teammate by my side. I struggle sharing my life when sometimes it doesn't feel authentic because our world is so upside down and backwards right now."

"Im sharing this only in hopes that someone reads it and doesn't feel alone. We're not alone. I get that," the reality star continued. "I thank the Lord every single day that my family is here and healthy. Maybe I'm sharing also to not feel alone. Some days can feel so clouded by what's truth and whats fear. My truth is God and because God is with me I will not be afraid. But I can still vent about it on Instagram right?"

Little People’s Tori Roloff shares video of adorable daughter Lilah Ray, 1, giggling after star’s miscarriage heartbreak

LITTLE People's Tori Roloff shared a video of her adorable daughter Lilah Ray giggling after the star's miscarriage heartbreak.

The mom-of-two revealed on a recent episode of the show that she lost her unborn baby back in March.

Tori shared a video of her youngest daughter while at a friend's house

Lilah was laughing a playing during the visit while wearing a campfire-themed nightgown

Tori shared on her Instagram Stories a video of her one-year-old daughter laughing and playing during a visit with a friend.

The reality star recorded the interaction between the two as Lilah gave "Auntie Jo" a high five and proceeded to giggle while touching each others finger.

Tori's youngest child was dressed in a light blue campfire-themed nightgown.

The video concluded with the toddler hysterically laughing at the encounter before falling over on the couch.

Fans anticipated the devastating episode after the news broke about the couple's miscarriage months before it aired.

At the end of the episode, Tori's husband Zach, 31, admitted they started telling their friends and family about the pregnancy "at week two."

Tori explained: "The first couple of weeks I was feeling pretty sick, but then leading up to the doctor's appointment I had been feeling better, which in hindsight, I guess, wasn't a good thing."

Zach recalled that they learned about the miscarriage while at the doctor's appointment, which started off pretty "standard."

He said the "tone of the room kind of shifted," adding: "You realize maybe something's not right here."

After the ultrasound technician left at Tori's doctor entered the room by giving her a huge, the Little People, Big World star said they "just knew."

An emotional Tori said through tears: "Everyone says that it was not something that I did or something we did. It was just this baby wasn't viable for life, but it's hard to not wonder what happened on that day."

Tori said that she already feels back to "normal," which is "the hardest part."

Zach added it was "upsetting to watch Tori go through this" and he has more "empathy" for women that miscarry.

The TV personality then credited her "faith" for helping her through the difficult time, adding: "I think it has given me a new perspective on what I have and what we have.

"Some women go through miscarriages and they don't have kids at home to be with and at least in our case we have two healthy, beautiful kids at home.

"I've been more aware of my blessings in that way."

Tori and Zach also share four-year-old son Jackson.

The reality star loves to gush over her little ones on social media, as she recently shared a video of Lilah wearing a pink tie-dye dress, new silver glasses and a big white bow headband.

The mom was promoting toys from the company, KiwiCo, as her toddler sported what appears to be her first pair of glasses.

Last week, the 30-year-old boasted about her son Jackson by posting two videos of her oldest child showing off his scootering skills.

Jackson quickly made his way up and down ramps as he rode on on a blue scooter.

While wearing a black helmet and red sneakers, Jackson changed his elevations and squatted as he made his way throughout the skate park.

Tori seems to be leaning on family since the miscarriage, which also includes sister-in-law Audrey Roloff who she has been feuding with for months.

The family members appeared to put their problems behind them when Audrey commented on Tori's recent Instagram post.

In the clip, Tori mocked fans that unfollowed her on social media.

Audrey, who is married to Zach's twin brother Jeremy, showed her support by leaving three crying-laughing emojis in the comments section.

Just a few months ago, Tori and Zach Roloff welcomed their second child, a daughter named Lilah Ray. But it wasn't until this week's episode of Little People, Big World that fans learned more about Tori's pregnancy and the thoughts she has about raising another child with dwarfism.

While at their 20-week anatomy scan, the couple found out that "baby girl's" measurements were consistent with achondroplasia, the genetic disorder that Zach and Jackson have. Even though the couple knew there was a 50/50 chance that their daughter would have dwarfism like their son Jackson, they weren't expecting to find out so early in the pregnancy (Tori revealed that she found out that Baby J had the condition when she was 34 weeks pregnant) — and they initially struggled to wrap their head around this new reality. "It's hard to hear that your kid is different. I think health-wise with dwarfs, you never know," Tori said.

Right after the episode aired, Tori walked fans through her thought process in a heartfelt Instagram post. "I remember that morning so clearly. I was on social media and found out that a friend of mine who was a month further along than I was at the time, was having issues with her pregnancy. That day she found out that she may never get to meet her baby. I remember being so absolutely heartbroken for her and her family. So when I went to our doctor appointment and found out Lilah has dwarfism I remember feeling guilty for being worried. Because at least my daughter was healthy. At least I would get to hold her. I would get to meet her," she wrote.

Although Tori and Zach already have experience raising a child with dwarfism, she revealed that this time feels like uncharted territory. "It was harder for me to process having a girl, but to have a girl with dwarfism is new territory for me. It’s nerve wracking for sure, but I can already tell Lilah Ray is one tough girlsie," she continued.

Her message ended on an inspiring note: "Feel what you’re feeling and never feel guilty for it — that’s what I’ve learned. I know my Lilah Ray is going to be just fine because she was made in His image — she’s just the way she’s meant to be."

LPBW fans quickly responded with messages of support:

  • "You have an amazing heart, and you were made to have a platform and to be able to share and teach this world (more than just in a classroom). I think you're refreshing and relatable, and I value your honesty that you share with the world."
  • "It was so real to watch and she’s perfect!"
  • "You are an inspiration. She will thrive because she has amazing parents. ❤️"

Even her sister-in-law Audrey Roloff shared some love: "I can so relate to these feelings. ❤ this Tori," she wrote. Caryn Chandler, Matt's longtime girlfriend, responded with a simple "❤️❤️☀️☀️."

This isn't the first time that Tori has spoken out about raising a child with dwarfism. In an Instagram post from last May, she revealed that she "often forgets that my son is different than yours" — but then has moments where it's made clear.

While visiting a local festival, Jackson wasn't able to go on the rides because he didn't meet the height requirement. "It was harder for me than it was for him for sure. It was really the first time I was hit in the face with the fact my child is different. I'm so proud of my husband and his outlook on it all and even more proud of my son who brushes things off with ease and I pray they both continue to do this," she wrote on Instagram.
